He follows the Gonstead philosophy (recommended by an out of town friend). He measures every time and only adjusts where it is needed. I have been almost pain free for years under the care of Dr. Swalley. And now, when things flare up between the maintenance appointments (or if life gets too busy or hectic!), Dr. Swalley is on speed dial. That means, the pain is gone within hours after the visit! I drive from Spartanburg, SC. That is about a 1.5 hour drive. That alone should sum it up. However the staff is so nice and helpful and the office is super clean. I never have to wait, they are very quick getting me back into a room. He practices the Gonstead technique which is very precise and the adjustments hold longer in my opinion. Waiting room is comfortable and open with lots of windows and there is also complimentary drinks. I highly recommend Dr. Swalley.
